He came to Delhi in1997, to pursue his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Aurobindo College but did not waste time and started his own business after graduation. This was the time when multi-level marketing (MLM) companies were doing very well. So he plunged into the bandwagon and soon started his own MLM Company with the name of Milestones Marketing. But he realised soon enough that the MLM concept would not get any better, so he entered in the real estate arena. On December 7, 2006, Investors Clinic — a real estate consultancy firm — came into existence. The office was set up at Ansal Fortune Arcade. And fortunately the business hit the bull’s eye.
